Class Dates: April 25th & May 2nd. You MUST attend both dates to get credit.

Prerequisites: ICS 100, 700, & 800.

If you are paying with a Bergen County Tuition Waiver Form, it is due within 5 days of registering. Please note that the Bergen County Tuition Waiver Form can only be used by agencies on the "New Jersey EMT Training Fund Eligible Agencies" List approved by the NJ Dept. of Health. If you are paying with a Purchase Order, please contact Margaret Yanez at maryan@bergen.org for an invoice.
